About Metro Baseball League

The Metro Baseball League started in 1998 as four teams sharing one diamond and a borrowed rulebook. It now runs 8 clubs in 2 divisions — AA and A — on 5 fields, with Saturday games from May through July.

Every club is run by its own volunteers, and the league office is volunteers too. The top 2 in each division go to the postseason, and the championship is played the last weekend of July.

This is a demonstration site: the league, its clubs, players, people and results are invented to show what a Gameday league site looks like.
